Three ways to utilize a treadmill

These three are my favorite and actually make the time go by super fast!๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ

1. Set incline on 11-15, speed on 2.5-3. Walk for 1 minute and 15 seconds then step off and set speed to 6.0. When it hits the half minute, sprint for 30 seconds. Step off onto the rails, lower speed back down. Walk for another minute. You should be walking/sprinting every 2 minutes.. so you should be able to do 10 rounds in 20 minutes! Super effective for calorie and fat burning, increasing endurance, targeting central nervous system!

2. Same time limits as aboveโ˜๐Ÿผwalk with 5 on dumbbells for 1 minutes. Shoulder press for 30 seconds. On and off and 20-30 minutes! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ doing the shoulder press while walking slightly uphill will also target your central nervous system!

3. Walk backwards uphill, lower speed (2.5) pushing through your heels, toes pointed up for 20-30 minutes! A great way to target the backside and burn fat!
