Turning Pain into Purpose

Kayla Fite is an Oklahoma native now living in sunny Florida with her husband, Tyler, their son Tyson, and their beloved pup, Berkeley. With eight years of experience as a fitness expert, fitness model, sponsored athlete, and online coach, Kayla has since shifted her mission from physical transformation to mental and emotional healing.

After losing her mother to suicide, Kayla embarked on a powerful journey of self-discovery to heal her own unresolved trauma. Determined not to follow the same path of anxiety, hopelessness, and lost identity, she became a passionate mental health advocate. Through her podcast, speaking engagements, and upcoming book, Kayla empowers women to take ownership of their healing, step into their God-given purpose, and rewrite the stories that have held them back.

Her message is clear: you can win the battle in your mind, thrive in your relationships, and create a life filled with confidence, clarity, and control. Kayla is currently writing her first book and dreams of hosting a #1 podcast, writing bestsellers, and being a light to women everywhere who are ready to live fully and freely.

I LOVE SHARING MY STORY.

Through all my ups and downs - one thing remains. I will always focus first and foremost on my health - mental and physical. No one should do this alone. By sharing my story, i’ve been able to inspire and remind people that everyone is fighting a hard battle. Hopefully my story of overcoming struggle, depression, and finding my way back to myself will help you, too.
