25 DAYS OF MENTAL FITNESS

You all know I love physical fitness. And while exercise and movement can contribute to your mental health, it's only one of the many factors that you have access to and that can play a role in your entire wellbeing.

We need to strengthen that mental muscle of yours. and that takes work!

"A RISING TIDE LIFTS ALL BOATS"
Lately, I've been talking and sharing more about the 5 pillars of wellbeing:
1. Emotional
2. Mental
3. Physical
4. Spiritual
5. and I've seen financial OR social in this last one

This quote makes so much sense when you become aware of the truth of it. YOU CAN NOT HAVE JUST ONE OF THESE 5 THINGS OPERATING AT IT'S BEST AND CALL YOURSELF WELL. I truly believe you need to be working on ALL 5 of these, ALL the time. And, that each one has a role in another.

How do you expect your physical self to be in tip top shape if you mentally can't get yourself motivated to exercise or eat right?
How do you expect your financial self to be thriving when you can't get your emotions together and you don't feel worthy of that job or that money?

I don't believe you can.

Wellness comes from a natural state of balance and being. Different elements of our body and way of life has to be in balance so we are whole.

I discovered this two years ago and have been doing the work ever since.

Now, I'm here to share. Because not everyone has the support they are seeking - and I'm here to be that.

Since incorporating these practices I've been able to:
Find my true authentic self
Find my inner voice so I can better express my opinions, feelings, and thoughts
State and maintain boundaries
Realize not everyone will like me and that's ok
Let go of guilt and shame that was programmed inside of me from my past
Reacting better to uncontrollable situations
.
And the best part, YOU have access to all of this, as well. You just have to want it.
