When you have a craving for something sweet it could be..
A) Your stomach’s way of gently reminding you that it’s time to refuel (carb cravings often come from being overly hungry!)
or
B) A signal that you are bored and in need of a distraction.

Here are 5 ways to tell which type of hunger you are experiencing 👆🏼
One question to always have in the back of your mind:

Do I want to eat for energy to fuel my body to make it through the day or am I looking for relief or a sense of safety/security?

Start to become aware of the feelings you are having. One tip I give to my clients is WAIT 5 MINUTES.. wait 5 minutes before doing anything about your feelings and see if you can guess correctly what you are experiencing..
