1. Increased energy - when you move, the endorphins in your brain increase and produces an energizing and positive affect on your attitude.

2. Lower stress - more endorphins in your brain has proven to lower stress - mentally and physically. Lowering stress helps with a stronger immune system and faster healing.

3. Increased productivity - when you have a better attitude, you are more inclined to get stuff done. This improves school, work, and family life.

Confidence in key. But confidence comes with practice. Every single day you have to be actively consciously working on these things!
