What if I told you in the span of three years I..

I’ve been a personal trainer, health coach, and nutrition expert for 7 years.
I’ve helped 1000’s of women change their bodies through nutrition and workouts over the years..
But, there is more to health than just meal plans and the treadmill.
It wasn’t until 4 years into my business that all of the above trauma led to depression, anxiety and emotional instability.
All of a sudden, I could not apply the knowledge I had to keep my physical health in shape.
I did not have the motivation.
I did not have the inspiration.
I did not have the energy.
Intellectually, I knew what to do. But, my mind was working against me.
BUT, THEN I REALIZED..
This is when I started to empathize with my clients who couldn’t seem to stick to a routine, got results then lost them, and self sabotaged their hard work and progress.
Because this is what I was doing.
I was worried SO much about action.
And, I kept spinning my wheels.
I would lose some weight, then gain it back, and the never ending cycle didn’t have an end in sight.
It wasn’t until I started learning and incorporating the tools and practices that are within this course that I started to see progress in my thoughts, beliefs, and motivation again to get back to my body.
And I teach women how to do the same.

Is this time consuming?
No! The best part is that the way I coach you is made to create MORE time and energy in your day, not take time away. Eventually, the self care tools will just become a part of your routine and you will learn to love doing them and crave them. With nutrition, food is just an either or choice. I teach you how to always choose the best options that help your body and not hinder them. No meal prepping is required. Lastly, I haven’t worked out for more than an hour a day in years and teach you how to work out less, but have more effective, shorter workouts for optimal results.

I've never done any self-care practices, is this still for me?
That’s okay! Everyone is a beginner at some point. I was, too. I ease you into how to start incorporating self care tools and then build upon them over time. Every new habit takes time to become second nature, but little by little, you will become more self aware, confident, and know how to shift your mindset quickly in the face of negative thoughts and beliefs.

I have a busy schedule with vacations, kids, kids activities, and social events.. Should I invest in this course now or wait?
The first thing is don’t freak out and enjoy whatever event you are going to! This is not a restrictive regimen or diet, but one that can fit in any lifestyle! I actually say it's better to work on this when you are busy because busy never stops and so you can test your willpower in social settings and build that mental muscle! You can't ever completely stay away from temptations, schedules, or events. So, it's almost better to throw yourself in the fire, so to speak. You will know how to navigate events, social outings, and vacations when doing this course!

How long will it take to get results?
You can start seeing results right away when you start implementing the information on a daily basis. But, it does take consistency. This isn’t a ‘I’ll do this for a week and then not do it for a month..’ My favorite quote is ‘little by little, a little becomes a lot.’ So, if you start with little things every single day, eventually it will be a big success. For a practical answer, there are studies that say 66 days is the average time it takes for you to create a habit that you can’t imagine NOT doing every single day now. But, that is 66 days of consistency with that habit! You get out what you put in.. if you want results quicker, apply the information quicker and consistently.

Will you give me a plan to follow and execute?
Yes. Not only will you get journal prompts and affirmations to go along with the mindset coaching, but you will also get sample meal plans to follow for both men and women with the average macros you should be eating along with meal ideas at each meal and snack! In the course, I explain how to make this work for you by finding a harmonious balance with your hunger level and schedule!
