What will we cover?

Nutrition

Eating like an athlete requires a baseline knowledge of the important macro and micro nutrients for your body! You will learn the basics of protein, healthy fats, the best carbs for your body, vitamins and minerals!

Movement

Avoid overtraining and burnout by doing my short, but effective workouts at home or at the gym with rest and recovery days. Your workouts with Adam will cover your physical activity!

Mindset

Approaching your goals with simple daily repetition so you can remain confident and in control without feeling overwhelmed by the pressure of your weight loss goals.

Accountability

Laying small steps to achieve your big goals with like-minded individuals, and me, all on a journey to become their ultimate healthiest selves - mentally and physically!
